A wonderful project but with one major catch. The book had to be ready for the printers in two weeks. Nevertheless, the hit-and-run approach to bookmaking, including obtaining rights for images, creating artwork and writing copy, turned out to be a very refreshing take on a usually time-consuming media. And proof that necessity truly is the mother of invention. ANYBODY was an experience that questioned the way we look at our bodies. Some of the finest talents in Danish Fashion and Art performed the task of creating new form experiments that transcended how we perceive our own body. The works explored the body and challenged our expectations regarding how we dress and how that reflects our bodies. The costumes were presented at a grand event with a live performance, including a music piece by Lil Lacy composed for the occasion. After the event, the works were exhibited at the windows of the Salling department store with daily activations. The project for us included: concept development, visual identity, including web design, event production and exhibition design, and everything in between.
